New owner

Hello, thanks for accepting me.
I’ve been an avid Airhead BMW motorcycle owner/rider since 1976.The first (and last) 4 wheel BMW that really interested me was the 2002 series. Until the Z3. I followed their development until the Z4 and kinda lost interest. A year ago, for some reason, the Z3 came across my radar again. I began to look around for one. I was fortunate to find a 1998 2.8 manual trans about a month ago. 88K miles and well preserved. Drove it and bought it. And REALLY like it. Still riding old Airheads and always plan to but they’re competing with the Z now for my attention. Glad to be here. I’ll have questions.

Hi @Andrew Keaton from Cambridgeshire UK.

I've always been partial to a BMW bike, having owned R75s, R80s, R90s, R100s, and an R1100S (Boxercup, oil head). I did own a K100 once (not a boxer, off course) but didn't really like the bike.

The Z3 is my first four wheel BMW too.
