Just bought a black 2.2i sport manual with only 80k done. Based in Shipston on stour.
Very pleased with car overall and just waiting for Bigg Red to send my refurbished rear calipers back.
Also Ive replaced the main bonnet release cable from cabin to o/s latch but now need the cable that runs between the two latches. Could someone advise what the correct part no for this cable is please?
Thank you for the warm welcome and great advice last week!😎

:welcome: check out Real OEM. You will find every part number for your Zed. Easier if you have your vin number but you can still find your model by using the dropdowns

Hi, I would recommend replacing the actual catch boxes as well, they are usually the cause of stiff bonnet pulls. Last time I bought some they were only a little over a tenner from BMW. Cable prices on the other hand were silly.
Thank you! I cleaned and lubed the catch boxes but agree with you. They are very corroded and inexpensive 👍

Hi @Jules Morris, :welcome: to the forum from me too in Staffordshire. Having suffered from the 'can't open the bonnet' scenario on my 2.2, I agree with Adrian about changing the catch boxes.
