Hi I am Alan Slade aged 68 and live with my wife Maxine near Portsmouth. I have never owned a BMW or any sort of sports car. I have recently purchased a 1999 Z3 2 litre with only some 27000 miles recorded. The car is very up together although it had been lowered using Apex springs. I had the unfortunate experience of grounding the car on our first outing, so I have changed back to original also fitted new discs&pads we hope to take a trip to my son's in Bedford this weekend so should find out any problems with the car, fingers crossed there won't be any.

Congrats on your purchase,thats very low mileage which means you've got plenty of topping up to do
I'm the same had never owned a a BMW or a sports car untill we got the zed and we have never looked back,we're absolutely loving it .
