Hi

New member from Vermont USA. Found you when I was googling for info for thoughts on refreshing the suspension and alignment on my 2001 Z3 3.0. I've had this joy for a bit over 10 years now. Milage is 72k miles. Our roads here are rough unless recently repaved due to frost heaves which break up the pavement so I want a stock or more compliant for a nice ride. I do not track the car.

Hey Bob, sounds like you want some original BMW parts if money allows. If it came with sport suspension from the factory which is a little bit stiffer you’ve got more scope in aftermarket gear.

Welcome to the forum from Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. I used to go up to Derby Line to visit friends. I go on vacation up to Lake George every summer and have taken trips to Vermont for dinner. I know the roads can be bad in places but there are very few places that are nicer to drive a convertible that the state of Vermont, especially in the fall. I know it's a no go in the winter.........Frankie
PS. Perhaps we can meet up this summer as I'm usually in Lake George the last week of July into August...Frankie
