hi, my name is Duncan and I'm from Edinburgh.
I have just purchased my first z3 at the young at heart age of 53, its a 1999 2.8 in lovely shiny red, not being any decent z3s around my local area I had to travel down to wales to get what I wanted.
she has new discs and pads all round, new wheels and tyres all round, coil overs on all four corners, polyurethane bushes replacing most of the original rubbers, carbon top strut brace, new hood and about 15 layers of polish on the paintwork.
to say the drive up from wales was enjoyable is an understatement (424 miles)
mainly going to use her for commuting to work and the odd weekend run up to the highlands to see family.
I'm bound to need to pick the brains of seasoned z3 owners some time and this looks like the place to do it
