Welcome to the forum
@Phil Dutton from Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. If your photo was taked by a camera as opposed to a cell phone, it might be too 'dense' or loaded with pixels. You might have to reduce the size of it, not necessarly in physical size but in 'density'. If you find the photo in your files and right click on it, a window might pop up with the words 'Properties' in it. Click on that and see how many pixeles it is. Try to reduce it to something like 400x 600 and it will upload quickly. If it's something like 2400 x 3200, it is too much to upload and will not transfer or will do so for a few minutes and then be rejected before it's completed. You probably have software that comes with your operating platform (I have Windows 7) that will do the trick. If you need help, you can Google the question on how to reduce it or check it out on you-tube..................Frankie
PS. Also check the file type it's stored as. eg.
