Hi, I'm known as Mel.

I have been in and around classic cars of different types for many years.
Having previously owned 2 E30 Convertibles of show winning condition I decided to go a bit more modern and recently acquired a 2001 Z3 1.9 with 28,000 miles on the clock. It was a 1 owner plus dealer demonstrator from new and requires the most minor tlc which I am looking forward to tackling.

I have been a member of the BMW GB Car Club for several years, but thought it would be nice to be associated with a dedicated 'Z' Club.

I am looking forward to joining other members at shows and on runs.

Hi Mel.... hello from south wales... brynmawr area.. not too far away from me.... we have had a few local run outs.. my self @PHILIP BAXTER @Nodzed @mid life crisis @Low Rider @colb and a few other local Z3 members on here... any time you up for a run give us a shout... we have met in abergavenny bus station a couple of times... the biker car park... we give you a shout next time we out.. probably going to be next year now unless the weather improves... my z3 is on road all year round and i usually get to go out on the weekend.. weather permitting...
