Hi... I'm new here and a recent owner of a Titansilber 3.0. I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of social media but there is obviously purpose and a common interest here.. I'm not what anybody would consider a "petrol head" but I have always admired the Z3, even in its skinnier form back in the day and now I'm well and truly hooked! I live in the Northampton area and would be very keen to hear from fellow Z3 owners in my neck of the woods.

Like most I'm waiting for summer to start so the top can come off. Not much that isn't standard on my zed so no pics yet, I've got a few ideas how I might enhance it in future but for now its great as it is.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

ZED Police? I purchased a set of 18"split rims so once they get a nice refurb and after I spend all my pocket money on "tarty" bits I'll post one. Cheers Bazza

Welcome aboard from Mansfield. There is a big meet just up the road from you at Shepshed in August if you want to get stuck in. Maybe someone could put the link on?
Enjoy the forum.

Shepshed... Just up past Leicester... If somebody would be so kind and post a link or would definitely be something to look forward to... Now I've sorted my broken DSC (expensive rotation sensor) I might just make it without the wheels locking up on the M1

Very nice Low Rider... I also chose the 108s..I think the z4 five spoke really updates the z3 without loosing any of its classic looks...what colour bodywork do you have ? Are they powder coated rims with a chromed paint?

Do you have a spacer on the back?
Sorry, missed that bit... You're waiting on tyres.. Any idea which you'll go for?

Hi @Uncle_Clanger and welcome from near Lincoln. If my Z3 had been a 3.0 I probably wouldn't have bought one of these, yet! ;). I'm also a fan of the 108's, these will get a refurb maybe this winter or maybe next depending on Z funds.

My 108s are powder coated. The spokes are black metallic to match the bodywork and the rims are sparkle silver.
Just no rubber as yet.
