Need help identifying fog light brand

I have a 2000 Z3 with after market HID halo headlights and fog lights. One of the outer glass lens fell off the fog lights and broke. I have only been able to find a couple pics of these from different places, but both have said they no longer make them. The light still works, but obviously I can’t have it exposed to rain etc.

I would like to keep them since they work and complement headlights, but I can’t find the glass lens either. It has numbers on the glass, but when Google searching them, it does not come up with anything.

Couldn’t you just buy whatever size they are generic ones off eBay they have all sorts of sizes of halo fog lights.

Those are pure Chinesium.

Z3's use E39 foglights so are as cheap as chips to replace.

I've got the same problem on mine, thinking of trying some of these, must be one I can graft in. Not as if anyone's going to be looking closely, after all.
