Need advice

Yamaha XMAX 300 scooter.
The engine has 15.800 km, three oil changes of 1.5lt oil (as per manual) at 5.000 with Yamalube Jaso MA2.
The engine sips about 400ml per 5.000 km.
Normal or not?
Do you see anything strange in these photos?
(Slight dicouloration at the cylinder walls and oil at the spark plug hole - it has no crush washer).

What sort of running does it do? Is it just tootling around town at slow speeds all the time? May just need a good long blast out.

It mostly does scooter stuff, so yes maybe I need to take it on an uphill or some long run.
Moved to a small island lately, longest distance we have is around 45 to 50km and the roads are full of twisties but will try to give it some beans on a mountain road.

And if that doesn't do something maybe some engine flush might help. If it hasn't had a hard life it may be that the rings are sticking a bit.
