We are no better or worse than other countries. I watched the Belgians at the start of tonight's game and at least 5 weren't singing and a couple of others were barely moving their lips.

Have to agree Gail, but that simply is no excuse for not singing our National Anthem in my opinion, it should be expected if they want to play for England.

That's because they don't play the full monty, only a sound bite! They don't even stand still, f***ing about with their hair just in case there is a strand out of place and waving their thumbs up to their pit crew. Nearly as bad as millionaire footballers ....................................

Standing across the start/finish line there are LOT's of them and they don't observe the host nations anthem. Just bad taste really.
As for the p[odium, there are only 3 people up there with camera's on them, all the more reason to be respectful of at least your OWN National Anthem?
