When you two have finished :D it was I, hiding behind my new plants with snow stuck up my exhaust, i heard it crunch as i backed in to it :D (the snow not the bumper).

We had a great day, brill company again, both locations worth a visit if any of you are in the area. Snowy fields and capped mountain tops in the distance but really not too cold.

That brushy thing for the cows was so funny, they were lining themselves up for a go, it brushed their backs and faces for them.

Had a lovely lunch at Ambleside at the huge garden/gift centre. I wimped out putting the roof down but snoops had hers down :D

Late afternoon, we split up at windermere, i headed home through Bowness, and snoops headed back the diehard way home :D A pheasant decided to fly into and clip my drivers door which gave me a fright with the noise but it wasnt in a heap behind me.

Mozza, we didnt see many real sheep, but we saw lots of chocolate ones, buscuit ones, sheep books, even a sheep purse, sheep makeup bag, sheep slippers, sheep rug, sheep earrings, loads of stuff, we did think of you, honest :))

And to cap the day off, i came home to this and a lovely candle lit 3 course meal in front of the fire: unexpected but very nice awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Had a great day, really nice company and had a good catch up.

Yes I can confirm Gill wimped out of putting her soft top down :-o I'll bring another hat next time so next excuses :D

Went the "usual" way into the Lakes from J36 on the M6 into Windermere then went on to Ambleside. Lovely views across the snowy peaks as we were going to Windermere and I just felt drawn towards them... so... after we went our separate ways I headed back north towards Kirkstone pass and that wonderful drive through the hills.

Stopped a couple of times to get some photos and then on the main car park at the Kirkstone pub. As I looked north the cloud was starting to come down and it was getting late then so rather than carry on I double backed and went back to Ambleside a different way and took a couple more pictures going down the hill (you can see the road in the 6th picture) :D

It was great getting up to the Lakes again and getting the roof down, I was all cozy with my heater on and my hat. I managed to do until Lancaster services on the M6, by which time it was pitch black so I went for a coffee and drove the last part with the roof up :( .

Another fantastic day of Zedding. This little car has paid me back 100 fold in smiles and sheer pleasure over the last 11 years and I hope it goes on for at least another 11.... Happy Days..... :coolsteer)

Titan, who is Arte Johnson, better not be someone from last of the summer whhhhhhine :-o

Great pics snoops, really enjoyed the day. New plants look nice, wish the journey home had been closer to have bought those two little clowns. Wouldnt mind another run out to the centre nearer to you which we went to last year.

And there was me thinking you knew everything ;)
Arte Johnson played a character in the TV show "Rowan & Martin's Laugh In"
His head used to appear between the parted foliage of a plant (hence the analogy) and he always said "verry interesting but stoopid" or (words to that effect)

Spot the difference :ymdevil:
