Sometimes the pics you take with your camera contain too many pixels and are too 'dense' or have too much information packed into them. Whey you go to post something, there is a small notation about the size of the picture in pixels that can be transferred. If you place the pointer over the picture you want to transfer and right click it, a dialogue box should open up. At the bottom of this box, you'll see the word 'Properties'. Click on this to see information about the picture. When this box opens, it should have tabs on the top one of which says 'details'. Click on this tab to read the number of pixels in the length and width of the picture. If this number is too large to transfer into the forum, you may be able to reduce the pixels with most photo programs, some of which most probably come with your computer. These programs will allow you to specify the length pixels and width pixels you want your picture to be, many will automatically adjust the pixels on the second measurement once you dictate the first on. For example, if you type in 800 pixels for the length, it will automatically adjust the corresponding width of 600 pixels for you. You can then save this picture to your file or replace the other one with it and when you go back on the the forum to upload the pic, it will transfer. Frankie
