Yup. 1980's type bold as brass stuff.
He tells me 8 miles to the gallon in ‘monster’ mode and around town, but goes up to 32 mpg at 70mph on the motorway in cruise control.Hope your taxi charges by the mile and not the gallon

Bet all the bolt on bits rattles and squeaks though, every American car I've ever been in does, well until the sound of the engine drowns it all out.
