Ooh. Peer pressure. That's kinda difficult to deal with and ignore.

I hope some b*gger on here is going to rehome all these projects when they've been rehabilitated :) Available for a reasonable consideration to cover hay and water during stabling :D

I might also need someone to start another branch of Second Life Zeds as space is getting very short :)

And someone to lend me a few quid. The kitty is very empty at the moment despite these projects generally costing me no more than a few hundred quid each to acquire!
DO IT DO IT DO IT :D LOVE this colour it can't be crushed :( it needs YOU @mrscalex :p

There may be unseen damage underneath from the fork lift they probably lifted it with, and it being plonked on the metal beams.

But it's a nice colour.

Just had response back.

The little guy is on a one way trip. I shall continue to wave as I go past until the very sad day he (*) is no longer there.

* Non-working Z3s are hes. And working Z3s are shes according to my daughter. Who is always right. According to my daughter ;)

I have sent a request for prices for the unique seats and to be honest all the worthwhile bits like the chrome gills and gear knob as people are always asking me for that stuff. The clear prefacelift headlamps and tail lamps on a Fiji are also hard to find.

Roof has been removed/put down. Either way now open to the elements.

A bit bizarre as one of the more valuable parts is the unique seats. And they aren't going to be so good any more. You can't really see them from this angle but they are both in there.

Never got a reply to my parts enquiry.

You'd think that wouldn't you. But I did get an initial reply to say that's what they were doing with it. Dismantling and parts resale is their main business.

Not into soft furnishings then .............................. That's wasting precious resources in my book. Perhaps they don't have space for such items and sell as they strip?

They probably think there's not much demand for Z3 stuff. More money to be made elsewhere...

I suppose that's where specialist breakers come in, still, it's a shame that one is where it is.

Tony.
