Well, as many frequent persons know I only have an little two LTR -

As my birthday treat did Croft Circuit with the BMW Club, and was very apprehensive that I would become a mobile road block.

On the 17th July drove up to Scotch Corner and had an great chat with @Brian H and his mate Andy in who had a M3.

Well I was worried that I would become an mobile road block - and to be honest in the morning I was. It was nice of @Paul Rice to call over and give some support.

I must confess, after doing an Javerlin track day the BMW Club is much better - less cars and free instruction and photo. And it seemed to be more friendly as there did seem to be banter and comradery happening.

Well I started going around like a road block with my times been around 2 Mins, and then progressively reduced to 1:57min and then on my last lap 1:54!!!.

And this was my last two laps -I was chasing an E92 M3 and was gunning for him - and on the last lap on the last stright he let me pass. And to be honest that was the highlight of the day..........

At this time my iphone had run out of space - so had to revert to my dash cam

Looking at the videos I would like to do croft again, as I can see some improvements to be made.

Then it went down hill

Drive back around 50 miles to Wetherby service station, after an coffee break an drove 10 yrds and a orange warning light came on - I was unwilling to drive on the A1 with an warning light on not knowing what it was - as I was unable to find anywhere what the error code was: 2c5827

So 1 hr to remove my box of tricks and phone BMW - 2 hours later man with an recovery truck came and started playing car diagnostic bingo - as he said everything. Even DFP - but I don't have an desial!

So I had to leave the car at the service station, as they needed an low loader and was not available - so it was left at the service station.

At 1am collected the hire car and 3am got home.
