Mutton for sale

Glad you took it as a joke @M666BMG :p

You never see any front legs in the supermarkets or butchers, and I've never seen any two legged sheep, go figure...

Yes I know you do ....... :p
But just wanted you to know other wise it would have been on my mind ;)
You take everything with a pinch of salt :)

Hmmmmm thats got my attention, welsh mutton , , according to mrs M, is supposed to be the best.
How much are these for half or even a full mutton, prices would be helpful,
Bearing in mind I have to factor in transportation cost,,

No supposing about it Mozza, they are tenderised at an early age here in Wales especially the rump cut=))
It's a fine line between tenderised and battered though Jim! =))

Actually chaps.... I prefer a decent bit of BAMBI... lol.. Venison is a great meat.. As is a decent cut of Lamb or Beef... Found a local source of Venison at the farmers market in Winchester. Just ask @Lee and @Shortie_gal .. I had the pleasure of cooking them some of it.

Details of some pork if you can @miller1098 hehe....

@oldcarman The mint just adds to the flavour. The best Lamb or Mutton is slow cooked and rubbed with a little lemon and garlic.. Just lovely when served with a mint and yogurt dressing.

You know that people give their left overs to their dogs, BMG does it the other way.......

Well a drive down here in your Z3m might double your yearly mileage lol. =))
