Hi everyone,
I've mentioned in a couple of posts that I will be moving just outside Hereford around early January. Because I've not got any friends or family from that part of the UK, I don't have a clue where to go for maintenance and repairs for my Z4MR. I was hoping that we have some members who live in or around the area, who could advise me on the best BMW independent please?
My other question is, if other members would be willing to meet up and go to car meets and show, or just hanging out or off out "hooning" as . group? Because I don't know the at at all, I am keen to start learning the area and the roads, so I can enjoy my Zed and not worry about speed cameras and dodgy roads. Last month, I drove from Oxford to Hereford and back again in a single day and it seemed like there were speed cameras every few miles and a truckload of speed changes, that made a 78 miles journey take over 2 hours long. The route my Poppa went (I was following him in my Zed), was physically the shortest, there was a good number of different route options show on Google, my iPhone X's Tom-Tom app and finally my Zed's Sat-Nav).
I really enjoy doing petrolhead things a great deal (it's something that both Poppa and I do together, as father-son activities and gives mum the chance to get some peace and quiet!) and it was really difficult to find like minded people in Oxford, so I am preying that the Hereford area will have a really active, friendly and positive car scene.
Cheers,
Felix
