A roadside hedge close to us is attracting a lot of attention

Amazing isn't it? I saw some bushes at the roadside on Via Gellia, near Cromford the other day similar to that. They looked like glass Harps, obviously caused by water from the road being splashed up from passing traffic freezing as it dripped down.
 
Splashing and wind made this for me.
