Missing Password Reset Email

Hi @GazHyde et al who may be able to help me out here. I'm having repeated problems requesting a Password Reset off any device. I'm permanently logged in via my computer - yep, I'm addicted! When I can write (long story for another time), I cannot remember my password when on any other device so I've been asking for a Password Reset Email by clicking on the obligatory request click ... and, you've guessed it ... no email is arriving in my Inbox to enable me to reset my password and gain access from my devices. Any idea why?
 
It’s likely gone to your SPAM folder, if not then start a conversation with me and I’ll manually reset it for you. You can the go to the password reset section in your profile and set it to something you want.

No @GazHyde - not in the Spam folder so I'll pop across now and start a convo via PM...
 
@GazHyde I'm now locked out off my account without an email to reset my password - hence, this account as a temporary one. Any idea what is going on? Nothing in my spam folder, nothing in my inbox.
 
This is my temp account - KtNez99the2nd while I await my real account being accessible again.
