We had a Sunday lunch meet at the Swan today with us were Dave and Pauline (the Mints) Steve and Sara (the Bozzys) and Sean and Carrie d. After lunch we went to Marshalls Yard in Gainsborough for a Costa's and then a run through some of the old favourite back lanes. Great way to spend a cold Sunday afternoon, good food and good company.

Tony.

Nice way to spend a Sunday

Just got home after a superb afternoon out in great company, thanks @t-tony for organising it. That
route you put together was ace, especially the run back from Gainsborough :coolsteer).
A couple of us even had the roof down :D.

Steve + Sara.

Looks like a nice winter meet up

Pleased you've had a nice afternoon guys. :)

Carrie and I was just saying what a cracking day we had, great company and a great run out, after owning my Z for just over 2 years I found the lights are bloody great compared to my daily drive as its the first time it has been out at night,

Was great to see you all again, me and Shirl really enjoyed your company.

Tony.

What a great day you all had :p
Happiness is owing a Z ;)

Wish I took some photos now .
Hopefully @Mint will be on soon with some pics, he was brave enough to use his camera in the freezing cold :snaphappy:.

As has been said a superb way to spend a Sunday:thumbsup:. Great drive, food & company. Thanks all, we really enjoyed it:D. We came home through some awful weather starting a few miles before Uttoxeter. Proper snow:eek:, all the way home on unsalted/gritted roads. No problem with the Zed though, she was very sure footed.;)

Some photos from me back at Tony's house...and only of the Z3s...sorry Tony, you'd parked round the back:rolleyes:

Haha probably mad =))....but it was good fun.
Glad you made it home ok through the snow, not seen any round here yet luckily.
Thought the pics may be a bit blurred from being cold and shivering....brrrr.

We had a formal discussion re top down or not, and the concensus was "Not bloody likely, I don't want pneumonia to go to Florida" =))=))
I didn't really argue.;)

It wasn't raining :whistle:for that part of the drive. I did concede on the way home though, good job as we hit snow on the way ;)

To be honest mate, if it wasn't for the heated seats, we'd have kept the roof up also ;).
