Due to all the positive feedback on the new Zorg model, I shall now be personally modelling the range of budgie smugglers.
.

Looking forward to the pics....can we have a range of colours to choose from? :ymdevil:

@GazHyde I like the cap, but what is up with the embroidery where each letter seems slightly joined up to the last by excess thread?
I'm sure someone can explain sewing better than I but I believe it's so that the thread doesn't have to be cut and restarted for each section (or letter in this case).

If you want to trim the thread ends you need to secure it with super glue or similar to stop the stitches unravelling.

Tony.

Brian, there is a setup fee for the embroidery template to be created from a logo/design, and for a single baseball cap it would cost about £28 delivered. Obviously that's a little steep for a baseball cap!

The Zorg logo has already been paid for to be converted, so obviously that keeps all other prices down.
@GazHyde is it possible to have them embroider on the back of the cap in smaller lettering? Of course personalizing would add to the cost! JIM

FFS, just chuck in a grand to Zorg and we will get you what ever you like.........

image.webp My wife, who has three embroidery machines say trimming the threads on a cap shouldn't unravel. On hoodies or anything with stretch if the co. puts a proper backing in place it would also be okay. But to be safe on those garments a drop of fraychek or as T- says a glue will be advised. HTH JIM
Here's a poor shot of the lettering she put on a $2.00 jacket. She didn't do the car but could have. I bought the car for $2.50.

Anything is possible Jim, but it all adds to the cost!
My son pays close to £50 for some of the caps he buys so I don't think the price is too far out of line.
"Ouch" probably answers your question!

To confirm, you want the word ALPINA embroidered over the Zorg logo. Let me have a word with the lovely lady and see what she can do!

Being follicle deficient as I am (hope none of you ladies are), the baseball cap sounds good, with the logo on it?
