glad you got ok mike with the polishing.
what did you use.
any pics????? :D :D

Hi Mick
I washed the car with Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax.

Looked closely at the paint work and decided to cut it back using Meguiars Ultimate Compound in places.

Then used Meguiars Ultimate Polish.

I am now in the process of applying Meguiars Ultimate Wax gradually to the whole car.

But unlike others on this forum, I am not using 'power assisted' elbow grease, only man power!!! :))

I have tested the back wing with 2 coats of Meguiars Ultimate Wax and the results are very good,
may try another 2 coats to see if I can build up the protection coat, allowing each coat to cure before polishing. :-bd
Mike

Glad to see your all making the effort!

I look forward to seeing your results at our next meet! :-j

Always have made a effort, Mark, but just with not always with Meguiars,

the proof of the pudding, so to speak, will be in the shine!!! ^:)^

Mike

Mike,

I know you always make the effort, but I think the meguires meet has inspired a few others.
This is good to see.

Too many people are concerned with mods before bodywork condition.

I'm disappointed with your meguires mate mick.

I've sent him emails regarding the protective coating for paintwork.

No response at all.

Customer service is crap
