He could have (should) just edited his first post, ie deleted the old picture and replacrd with the new one. As long as that is/was done before the pictures are copied to the voting thread then thered be no problem.

Don’t have photoshop anymore, if not I’d have cloned tooled it out.

Try using Pixlr (pixlr.com). It's a free online picture editor with a lot of the same functionality as Photoshop.
