Main dealership confidence (NOT!!)

When I first got my Z3 I went to my local main dealer to get a new key, when I came out four of their 'mechanics' had come out of the garage and were looking at it as they had never had a Z3 in. My local small indi, on the other hand, when I went to him to arrange a full fluids change the next week, had another Z3 on his forecourt. Guess which one always gets my work.
 
On my last service on our 4x4 the main dealer advised that all the tyres were getting low on tread. So they quoted for new ones. All the tyres are exactly the same spec and size on all four corners so I asked for an explanation why the rear offside was £20 more than the others ...

Because it's further from the nearside front, obviously.:rolleyes:Honestly, I despair, these bl**dy customers come round here with their stupid questions, they don't realise how stressful it is to sit on your ar5e all day doing f**k-all.
