m52 TU or not?

I am pretty sure my z3 2.8 has the TU M52 but would like to ask to make 100% sure

Is photo of my engine below showing it to be a TU or not?

Am I right in saying the the TU engine has dual vanos and the non TU has single vanos?

The TU has Twin VANOS and looking at the location of your screen wash, rear right, I'd say yours is the later TU. What year/Reg?

That is my understanding yes.. I have a TU. 1999. Here, exhaust Vanos lower left in the dark but visible in this pic...

Yeah, it works actually goes to a catch can just out of image, so I,m still emission friendly.. .. I would love to find a bit of black hose just the right shape, so I dont have to go all the way around the engine block.... The bloke I bought it off had the second hose in picture going to the intake manifold, and that played havoc with fuel trims and too much vacuum was causing oil leaks. as well as sooting up the DISA.. so now its dumped to atmosphere, leaks stopped, fuel trims sorted, and most importantly, NO drips on the garage floor.., and I only have to empty the can every 5 or 6 years according to trends.... But you didn't notice the camp gas can lid on the positive jump start terminal...
