Just wondering if this is a commen problem on the z 1.9 my clutch seems fine on normal drives no slipping and a nice feel to the pedal. But on long drives say sitting on motorway at 70ish for half a hour Al go to change a gear and the pedal is almost at the floor and I have to keep pumping it to get the pressure back. I'm gessing this is a slave cylinder issue all tho I have checked my level witch is fine and there is no leaks any were that I could see.

Just wondering if any one knows of anything els it could be (pressure plate) as I have never owned or worked on z befor getting this one and don't no the faults that accrue with them may be something I'm not aware of.

Any help would be great thanks

i cant really see how it could be anything else, if its not leaking then it can only be going back past the slave. mine squeaks in the hot weather, but this is a common m44 problem and is down to worn bushes.

The clutch hose tends to break down over the years, when they get warm they balloon therefore changing the feel of the clutch, fitting a stainless steel hose is a common upgrade. IIRC the stainless hoses cost £20-£25 plus fitting if you cannot do this yourself.
