What’s the best LSD oil for a 2.2 Sport ?
My Diff Is a bit grumbly at very low speeds and take up
Quiet at speed
Is there an oil that might quieten things down?

Given the frequency the oil is changed and the minimal price differences between brands you might as well buy the best stuff you can. Just make sure the grade is correct

Just because you pay more for a particular oil brand, does that mean it is better?

Probably not…I do buy Heinz Beans though and they are better

If you use a piece of garden hose you can fill the diff. via the n/s/r wheel arch. The same with gearbox, same piece of hose fed down the r/h side of engine.
In both cases remember to remove the filler plug before you drain it.
