As I have recently got a set of new B8 Bilsteins for the ///M I am contemplating new springs and if I do then also considering going a tad lower with 15mm drop Eibachs, (I dont like the look too low so 15mm should do the trick) mainly to improve the look as I've always thought the standard setup looks way to high on the rear ... But you guys that have lowered your Zeds have you experienced any negatives in lowering you suspension? and if anyone has used the Eibachs any feedback on them would be appreciated.

Thanks
N

On my M I had Apex and for a short time H&R. Both are quite low. The only issue I found was the exhaust hangs lower on the M and caught a lot on carpark speed humps up by the gearbox.

Phones a few places and it seems Eibach dont do -30mm springs for the Z3M only -15mm however H&R £286.49 and Spax £130.00 both -30mm Unless someone tells me the Spax are no good they are looking favorite at the mo at over half the price of the H&Rs:thumbsup:

Right, the Z3M front springs are different to all other z3 models (I actually tried) The H&R and known to be more like 30-40mm lower. I used apex and they were the same.

This link might give you some more options:

Thanks Lee it appears Demon Tweeks only do the -15mm Eibach for the M, I guess to take in the already lowered M suspension, the Spax give -30mm max which after measuring is as much as I want -40 is too much for me. Spax were in my youth were a top brand any idea if they're still OK as the price difference is significant.

Spax are a reputable brand mate, I haven't used them personally but never heard anything bad about them.
