Hi all
since I had my car lowered I cant get my trolley jack under her :( obvious really:rolleyes: I seem to remember a few members buying a low profile jack, anyone able to recommend one and supplier? Also remember someone buying a smart set of jacking ramps any info on these would be appreciated (was that you @Andy McDonnell ?)

Thanks in advance:thumbsup:

I bought a cheap one from Halfords simply because I needed one urgently. I wouldn't recommend it though. Spend a bit more.

Hello mate, yes it was me that got a set of nice ramps. Sadly it was a fail as my Zed is to low at the front so I need to get a couple of additional bits to decrease the angle. I did post on here about it so I'll take a look. Not home 'till next week to dig out the info.

Yep these are good, however you will need a lead on ramp as our Zeds are very low at the front
got them thru E-bay from CJ Autos if you search on E-Bay adjustable car ramps you will see better photo's
of them being used and they do take the car up higher than any other of those type of ramp's, (think they will raise the car about 40cm
also (search on E-bay for lead on car ramps) can't remember who I got them from?
CJ Auto's have there own web site just Google them
I think they are the dogs:thumbsup:
found it:thumbsup:

That's what I'm doing, pain in the a*** though well worth the money for a better jack me thinks.

What a professional like @t-tony using blocks of wood, don't believe that for a second ;)
Well Niall, the story goes like this, last year when I fitted my Eibach springs I did it on a two post ramp at work. However, when it came to getting my car off the ramp it wasn't possible so I had to place a 2" piece of timber under each wheel to allow me to pull the ramp legs out from under my car. Similar issues getting it on the tyre bay tracking ramp to get it tracked up afterwards too.

Tony.
