If you are not close to Telford, try writing to the address on Zoopla i.e. 53 Stone Row, TF3 2HH. According to Mouseprice it was last sold in 2017 so hopefully last owner and car still there.

Interesting one. I wonder where they draw the line on `reasonable cause' e.g. can a "road rager" find out your address?

It's really admirable that you're all using current tech to locate this vehicle, but now the op has the info required, perhaps, in the name of data protection, some of the above posts could be obfuscated or deleted? The laws around osint and the computer misuse act aren't exactly the best thought out
