Look what's arrived..!!

Only a small update this evening as been out and about for some of the day..A bit of Wet flatting on the front wing to remove some deep scratches..
The wash regime on this car must have been awful. Probably those guys who wait in Supermarket car parks and ask if you want your car cleaning.....With no water....=))

Don't ever use these guys folk's..May as well wash your car with a brick

I can't believe Gary will drive a clean car for at least 30 miles!

Your work is genuinely amazing, I do wonder what sealant is added to protect the paint after? surely the lacquer is all gone?

My old coupe started suffering from lacquer peal and no one wanted to repair it, as you seem to be doing to Gaz's, if you would PM me an idea of what that would cost a customer I'd be very interested.

Haha you guys make me laugh :) Kudos to you though Russ. So glad Toadster is getting the treatment too. I might have to kidnap you and lock you in the outbuilding to give Sharky the treatment. 'Swirls?........... what swirls?............ Not any more with new Russell O' LOL

Hi Andy. THanks for the compliment.

Good readings on Gaz's car to be honest, Typical BMW orange peel but plenty of clear coat.

I'm going to be putting Gtechniq EXO sealant on this and top it off with Swissvax Crystal Rock. That should keep it looking well for a week or two........=))

You doing the same with those shiny brake discs too then Russell? Seriously though that car is going to look very nice.:thumbsup:

The callipers and discs will be hidden by fairly chunky spoked alloys, so you won't really see them anyway. I will be giving them a couple of coats of hammerite in the near future though.
