Personal plates are exactly like the name says. Whether you choose hoops, wheels or an air freshener, I'm sure we are all guilty of adding a littlte something to our cherished cars to make them our own. Some might even have pink fluffy steering wheel covers :whistle: :)

I agree, to joe public the ‘S54’ in your plate wouldnt mean anything, as you said its another step you have made to personalising your car.:thumbsup:

As I said, each to his own, but for £4000 plus VAT I would have bought another two z3s!

Seriously, non taken.:thumbsup: Just saying, and everyone is entitled to their opinion, that's what forums are for. I know what your saying about cost but, without sounding obnoxious if I couldn't afford it I wouldn't of bought it

Fair comment. At the end of the day it is your choice and it really doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks! Happy days.....
 
I have nothing against "personalised" plates until someone brings their cherished illegally spaced plate on their vehicle in for M.O.T. and get stroppy because it failed as though the tester failed it just because they don't have one on their car etc. Well I'm sorry but my job is worth more to me than someone's flash number plate. Im surprised the law dont do more about them along with front ones not displayed.
