Second mod installed.

Took longer to activate the XM radio than make the harness & install.

I got black seats without the rails/motors. Swap is a workout, only did the passenger & I'm wiped.

Window regulator was a mess, grinded at the top. I replaced it today, was quite the adventure. The previous owner JB welded the door pull in at the top mount where the mirror switch is. Getting it apart was no fun. Ordered a 225 "repaired" replacement. WHY THE HECK are they 800 from BMW?????

Made an interim pull from a flashlight case I never used.

Front & rear shock mounts, ICV hose & intake boot came.

Restored the white marker lights.

I ordered a refurbished black driver door pull for 225 & dyed the passenger black.

$535 steering wheel doesn't fit. gaaaaaa

I'm not a fan of tan. The rest will be replaced or dyed depending on how this works out.

Rear compartment cover came, I like it.

Am I ok using E36 M3 OEM Genuine Style 39 DSII Wheels 17x7.5 ET-41 all around?

First suspension mod, urethane lower control are mount.

I have done Treehouse lolipops on 3 e30s easy peasy. The Z wanted to kill me.

Off was a real bi***, ok, they have been there since '97 but on should be a no brainer, lining up the holes was an adventure!

The white bumper marker came, waiting for the fender marker.

The door pull came, waiting for a new mirror switch, the old one works sporadically.

Ordered 4 17" M3 ultralight wheels (12lbs) & 4 Pilot sports.

Steering wheel yesterday, first M3 wheel today (another later & 2 tomorrow along with the Konis & HR springs (ST were back ordered)

Second wheel, tires & Koni shocks came (not unboxing until I get the springs, supposedly tomorrow)

I dropped the OEM airbox & broke a mount, looking for a CAI, made a temp HAI.
