Can you imagine being around the bridge and not knowing what was happing.
 
The trouble is it really did happen some years ago, not on a bridge but in a square in London.

How could they allow this to happen without warning the public, in view of 7/7 attacks people must have been scared shitless waiting for the others to happen. Someone should answer for this.
