It was a super day! It was so hot I had to retire to the shade to eat my lunch, and a couple of other times just to cool off! The company and banter was great, with a nice selection of cars to look over. The flying displays were brilliant under a cloudless sky. The highlight for me was when an Extra 300 stunt monoplane took off side by side with a radio controlled model of itself that was flown from the ground. They then carried out a faultless display programme as a pair, including smoke on /offs in perfect time. Amazing! The Blenheim and B17 'Sally B' were also standouts, as well as the Autogiro. The top down drive down and back in Zelda ( first photo) was really enjoyable, and parked up, she was admired by quite a few folks.
