Me and me mate just poped into our local lidl in the ///M and pulled up near a corvette and a supra with some foreign plates with a couple of young guys standing next to them,after saying how good the cars looked,we went in to get our stuff ,they had left before we came out.About a mile out of town they were parked in a lay by so a little further on I did a 360 in the road and went back and meet them coming towards us they waved so another 360 and after them.they thought I wanted to race so it took a little while for me to pass them ,the vette is wide ;).They followed to our house and we had a chat and a cup of tea .It turns out they were from Switzerland and doing a tour so I sent them on a couple of routes and up to the evo.they were off to the Isle of Man for for a couple of days.they couldn't believe how relaxed things are here.their heading up to Scotland after keep an eye out and a wave

Yes but we have always done our own.i used to come contracting down to the fens to shear based at a little village called Thorney :)

There's a Thorney only a 10 minute car ride from home Hugh, the same one close to Harby and Wigsley? Old wartime airfields there.

You would think that they would have a sheep walk through machine to do that job by now....
 
It was mostly arable around where we were based.but along the dykes they weren't allowed to cultivate so they had sheep .i used to carry straw from there in the autumn with a lorry and drag and shear the sheep the end of May

Don't like the Vette either, the only decent car the Yanks built was the Viper.
 
They were really courageous to drive in UK with these wide machines and left side steering wheel!
I wonder how was Ludger trip in UK, as I can't follow them on FB?
