Leaving my Z

Santorini is great, I went 24 years ago, at the time it was the most cosmopolitan Greek Island and probably still is.

Yes it a lovely island :p
We can't wait to go back :)

We went last week of July for 2weeks and it was boiling hot as well :p
We're made sure we're got air con this time :)
Think it was hitting 40 degrees 18 years ago :)
I don't mind the heat :)
But Alan was boiling :)

Caldera View. The sunsets were spectacular. The ones in Oia were the best. But full of Chinese and Americans

I'm so sorry @Sean d :p
For invading your thread about Santorini :)
Better get back to Kos :)
Hopefully we will go back to Kos one day beautiful place :)

In all seriousness, I started an announcement thread a long time ago now about posting this sort of info and got laughed at.

I know every one thinks that we are all just members of our own little Z Club but this is a world wide open public forum.
People post to much info, phone numbers, e.mail address, home address etc. (That is what the PM system is for)

You must all know how a search engine works?
You type something in and it throws up all kinds of stuff, even pages from Zorg with your info on it.

This is not Face Book where you can choose to post to friends only.
My advice, if you want to start a holiday thread, wait until you get home.

You cynical old fart!

Enjoy your break Sean.
We only leave ours all alone for a period of 1 week. If we go longer than that we have to take him with us, due to him fretting too much. Hence why we can only go to places like the Alps and the Pyrenees, we can then let him off the lead and you can see how much he loves running free :racecar::coolsteer)

How can a vectra driver slate any car, even a corsa.
And yes I've had the pleasure of one. They are not good. And I can normally find something joyful out of anything with wheels but not a vectra.

Was that the Mk5 Cavalier or the new proper Vectra Dino? Both crap, just curious.;)=))

Tony.

Proper and vectra do not go in the same sentence!
It was last of the Vectras before they changed to insignia...
It was not voluntary I assure you.

Hang on, there is actually a vectra club? Is it like a support group for the trauma one endures by having to drive one?
Maybe we can have a whip round and send them a care package, they must be in pain!

The guys at work that have to drive them have renamed the Insignia to Insomnia =))

They are not good.

Back in the late 90's borrowed a company car Vectra to go to the Hannover Messe.
On the autobahn the thing would not go faster than 180 kph and then started shaking its self to bits.
