Leaking Steering Rack

The only problem is that in all the commotion I lost the center of my steering wheel so now it's about a third of a turn off center. Hopefully an the alignment will fix that.

If it's too far away there may not be enough adjustment. And you will end up with more lock one way than the other.

And that can be not the slightest bit entertaining. Go on, ask me how I know. And it wasn't me that did it, I just had to sort it out. Doing the same job twice is never a good idea.

Wait really? I thought the steering wheel could just be adjusted.

Either way, I'm not doing that again. I'll have to take it to a shop

I've never had the rack off a Z but I'm surprised there isn't a "king" or "Master" spline to stop this happening.
