Me again with more issues.
Had a leak from passenger side washer jet which is dripping constantly it also doesn’t fire a jet out but the drivers side does.
It’s dropping the full amount of water in the washer reservoir in a couple of days
Any fixes on this ?

Could be a non-return / check valve that's gone faulty meaning that the water runs downhill and out of the washer jet. or the jet itself, both parts should be relatively inexpensive from bmw or from a car being broken for spares

looks like item 5 is a check valve
Spot on it must be that then it also won’t spray so I’m guessing valve must be knackered then
Thanks a lot bud

One of my headlight washer jets started leaking a few years ago now. It had cracked and was replaced, which sorted it. Personally, I think headlight washers on the Z3 are the most pointless things (almost) ever invented.:(

It's usually the non-return valve as @5harp3y says. It get's clogged up with limescale.

They are about £5 from the dealer. You will need to remove the under bonnet insulation. And ensure you get a tight fit on the tubing securing clamp.

Washer jets are quite a bit more expensive from the dealer but the problem is less likely to be that. You can get reasonable Chinese copeis for about £3.50 ea on ebay. They work fine but are slightly loose in the slot and look a little cheap.
