I ask because there's some kits out their that you build out of a wheelie bin that look similar.

Hi, it was a self assembly, not really a kit, about 40 mins to do. there are loads of variations on their web site & delivery was next day too, and a reasonable price considering you can spend 50 to 60 quid for a plastic ride on thing.
