The red car has a sunroof!

Looks a great drive out for the two of you. Where’s the Fortress castle place? Great views made all the better with a great car! :)

Yes it opens about an inch lol, the stone semicircle is a memorial to Winford Vaughan Thomas and shows some of the mountains of north Wales

I spent a wonderful afternoon with Hugh yesterday. It was great to catch up with him and Sarah again. I had the grand tour of the families new egg venture. I learned a lot! It was a beautiful day in mid Wales, and not one of the 32,000 chickens wanted to go out and roam the 40 acres available to them. They've got everything they want inside and are very happy indeed.
Then on to the main event, Hugh's new Coupe. What a machine!!! It was given a thorough testing on some superb roads and it passed with flying colours. It pulls like a train and grips like a go kart. I love it. There were no knocks, bumps or noises and the ride is superb.
Hugh, you've done well there mate.
Yesterday, was the last day before Cardiff went into lockdown, so I made the most of it by getting up early and driving through the Elan Valley en route to Hugh's. I had a great couple of hours there touring the dams. If any of you are thinking of a 'staycation' next year, I would recommend Hugh and Sarah's log cabins. They are beautiful as several forum members will testify. There is so much to see and do in Mid and North Wales, and their location is perfect. Hugh knows some of the best roads you will ever drive.
Here are a few of my pictures from the day.
