Top down motoring all day Sunday in the Scottish borders and guess where we stopped to stretch the legs @petecossie . We were going to go in but decided because of the great weather just to keep going, must have just missed you.

That's an optimistic title there Billy .
Some great pictures take your run went well no electric dramas :)

I left museum about 3 pm for the 2 hour run back to Billingham. So yes must have just missed you.

Hi @Stevo7682 all well now . Just got round as we met the dreaded gritters so kept heading in a different direction.

Yeah been frosty here last 3 days roads been gritted every night.
That'll be your zed getting tucked up for winter then Billy if the gritters are out and about.

Hi @petecossie. When we drew up there was too much of a queue or so we thought so just decided to head off and find a coffee stop somewhere else. It was funny with the change of time as it was dark when we got home, and still had the top down we just laughed at what people would be thinking.

Tooo right Steve.Bought a nice new heater for the garage, toasty! ready for the winter projects.

:scorecard: Great photos, looks a lovely bright day :coolsteer)

Just watched the latest episode of Great British Car Journeys with Christopher Timothy and Peter Davison which strangely enough featured Jim Clark's story in their trip from Edinburgh down to Hadrian's Wall via the Scottish Borders. Well worth watching on catch up if you've missed it. Looked quite an interesting route.
