Hi mate, just the Saturday and Sunday for drives out. Arrive Friday evening and depart Monday morning.

UPDATE

The Hotel Contract is signed and sealed, full payment is required by Friday 8th April latest. This is the latest date we can cancel without invoking the full cost (circa £5k on me and the C-in-C). To that end I will set up a PM for payment details via PayPal only (ensure you state "Lakes Tour" on your payment so we can track it). No deposits required, just full payment. We will collect all payments and pay as a oner as it's a group booking. You'll all get verification of receipt of monies and full payment.

The Hotel is packed, they tell us, so the numbers are the numbers, if you drop out post the end date you'll need to pay full cost (or take it up with the hotel yourself if you have extenuating circumstances).

If you need to drop out prior to the 8th April please let me know soonest so I can go to the reserve list.

we'll need full names of all parties please for the hotel (@andyglym Won't cut the mustard).

Any dietary requirements please let the hotel know.


OK peeps, now that the COVID-19 flag has been dropped bookings have gone biblical! The only dates available at the Cumbria Grand Hotel are;

Once again we (the C-in-C) have managed to get a "coach Party" group booking deal, this is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the normal rate!
