Event Lake's Tour July 2021.

Had a nice early finish today so decided to get the old girl out of the garage, its still filthy from the Scotland trip, battery was dead flat so jumped it off, it was a bit lumpy for about ten seconds then burst into life, off we went for a good 30 mile blast and didnt miss a beat, average fuel consumption was 18mpg, MOT is due tomorrow so will get it done next week, roof down all the way and was dark when we got home, it felt great to be out again

I'll be stopping in the Ulverston Premier Inn - LA12 9AU on Friday 9th July checking out Sunday 11th July.
A full run on the Saturday with a shorter run on the Sunday to allow peeps to get home straight after if they wish or stop for longer as you wish.

I'm booked in to the Ulverston PI this Saturday mate, I'll check the routes against SatNav Saturday/Sunday and post links up with highlighted stops early next week
A few changes to previous years
I might pop down and see you all as i live 10 miles from premier inn ulverston
Nice one. I'll defo be back on the Saturday for 6pm latest and leaving to check day 2 not before 10am in the Sunday.
@Nodzed and Team, the Routes are up, I'll add stop locations later today. Chillin (no 'g') for a while, a long weekend running the routes and checking out the Premier Inn, 300 miles in the bag including 1.5hrs each way to the PI.
The new route is just majestic (day 1) and the refreshed route (day 2) ain't too shabby either. Ran both against my SatNav, I won't bother with the couple of minor tweeks needed as I'm the only group lead and if by some chance we lose anybody (slim as a rizzler) you'll be back on track in a couple of minutes.
A Sneak preview
The PI is standard fayre and does what it says on the tin, it's not attached to a pub and the bar area is small however, there are plenty of tables outside. Parking is good too. There's a Shell station within 3 mins for those on Shell V-Power, Council fuel is also available

I got to be honest I don't think we have looked forward to a meet as much as this one, it will be great to be in the lakes again. It will be fantastic to see everyone, its been a long year!
