Hi everyone,
just joined as I have a 2.5i e85 in sterling grey, love driving it but it's just failed its mot on corroded brake pipes. Anyone in the Dorset area you would recommend to do the job?
saw a message on Facebook about a meet in July at Beaulieu. As its only 40mins away from me I'll definitely be there.

Hi Mazza, not a problem, the local garage quoted £400 plus vat which I thought was a bit steep so I'm shopping around.

Hi and welcome from Surrey, I can't recommend a garage but corroded brake pipes are usually a fairly localised problem. Any competant mechanic with the tooling should be able to make up and fit replacement sections. I would shop around the smaller garages and find one who can do it.

Hi, Lee welcome from me in Verwood Dorset, don't know what part off Dorset you are in but I use Ebblake Garage Tyre & Exhaust very helpful been using them for 6years + they do our 3 cars and have never had a problem, hope this helps.
