Holiday started today, making our way through France towards the sea so will need some updates by Tuesday or I'll have to resort to a book lol

Sounds to have changed from when I did match, hardly got any response. Met two eventually, one was just a user, only contacted me when she wanted something and the second was a person with no photo but like you I thought her profile was warm and sincere so I made contact. We got on famously by text / phone and eventually met, being small and skinny though I was not her cup of tea, however because we got on so well she adopted me as her brother and got taken into her family. Spent six happy years having an anchor in life, eventually though last year she got closer to a chap she met and started fading away, two's company etc I guess. Very sad as I really miss her. Tried 'Christian Connection' site couple months ago but like match they keep hassling you, match had no end of bogus profiles on. Anyway sounds like things are on the up for you but just go with the flow and don't have any expectations. Booking a hotel probably sounds as though you did ! :happy:
 
I have to say that my experience of women is that they don't like nice men - there's no challenge I guess
 
Date booked and confirmed for tomorrow, not a dot com. Ex co worker, we used to wink at each other now and then ;)

Collected after work and whisked off to surprise venue for an early evening meal.

Offered a prel meal beverage and she ordered a pint of Whitstable bay pale ale. Impressed.


I had Bream and i recommended the Halibut for the lady, good chose as blown away by its perfectness.

She did ask that i don't post on facebook, i would never dream of doing that. I told her i said nothing to no one
that were were going out and will not mention at work tomorrow either. I am a perfect gent.

She is the funniest person on the planet and is mad as a box of frogs.
