Junction 17 cars!!

I'm sorry to say that this fits the description of so many main dealerships.
I know Tim and it's such a shame, it can be a great job and a great industry to be in, for the customers it can be an exciting time yet a lot of dealers just want the signature regardless of what it takes.
 
Just goes to show what this lot are like, as I said I had the refund on the 2nd Aug, that's a month late and without any contact from them at all.

Yesterday I had a phone call from the guy I had spoken to initially and he was very abrupt because they had now read my review of my dealings with them which wasn't at all complimentary as you can imagine! No apology, just wanted to know if I had now received my money back could I go onto the review site and remove my comments, and could I send him an email confirming that I had received the refund!!

I gave him my side of the story and he said, "well I had asked the department to send it and I couldn't have done anymore"

I did send him an email yesterday and went through everything again in my message.

Today I had another phone call this time from someone more senior I assume who asked me again for the email, apparently they hadn't had the first, again though no reference to my experience just a remark, "I need to close down the complaint so thanks for that"

What a bleeding company!!:bashhead:
