thats my rule to so far roof stayed down although last weekend wife forgot the suntan lotion and could have won first prize in the tomato section that said had a lot of rag tops and the z is a nice place to be in with the roof up

This situation shows why you need AC on a convertible car! When I was searching for my Zed I was many times asked: it's an open car, why do you need AC?
To survive in such extreme cases! The second situation is when you close the car and continue running on a summer rain fall. Without AC you'll be boiling in your own juice...

Totally agree Dan, I wouldn't be without AC. Even if it's only used occasionaly it's worth it .

I can't say I like it but as you age the heat hits you hard and wouldn't want you wandering lanes due to heat exhaustion. Wish mine had A/C!! JIM
