ok folks I've had the wee car as I call it for almost a year ,and now I think it's time to name it properly , for those who no I'm a golf fanatic more than a car fanatic I've become for some strange reason in love with this motor , yes it is a cat d, yes it was an impulsive buy , yes the mirror base was wrotten and bumpers didn't line up but after that work all done ,seats done ,and now looking at just cosmetic work I feel I owe it more , golf in mind folks meet SEVE , after a golfing legend and my hero who also never gave up in anything he did !!!,!!,!,!,!
 
I like that mini, he was a fighter to the end. I think I might give in and give mine a name too this year. I have one in mind.

Hi mini, I'm also a golf nut and don't yet have a name for the car either, but I guess that's Sevé ruled out for me :)

Haha, Mr Laura Davies is far too manly a name for this Z.

She once played a pro-am at a course I used to be a member of here in Glasgow and won the longest 'pro' drive on that day. Out driving some 30 odd young up and coming pro's !

Mini, the Laura Davies story came from a time when I was a member at Cawder Golf Club. I'm now a member at Hayston Golf Club.

I traded in a Saab 900, lovingly known as Sally, so nearly called her Sally, but Sally Black sounds like a lady of ill repute so couldn't have that, lol.

Mind you my Cilla is quite "racy" for an old bird:cool:

Was a member at balbirnie GC in markinch now I live in perth I'm not sure where I'm joining next although few mates up here are at murrayshall
